Payment Information And Cancellation
We ask for payment by BACS or Stripe at the time of booking to secure your appointment. However, we know that life is unpredictable, so if you need to rearrange your appointment for any reason just give us 48 hours’ notice. Like many businesses, we do need to charge for late cancellations and non-attendance. Further details are included in our terms and conditions.
