Chloe Shortman

Digital Marketing, Media and Communications Executive

Chloe is our Digital Marketing, Media and Communications Executive, bringing experience across campaign strategy, content development, and brand communications.

At ChangeUp Psychology, her role is not simply to promote our services. She helps shape how the practice is understood – ensuring that as we grow, our communication remains clear, grounded, and aligned with the depth and integrity of our clinical work. She works across digital channels, from website content to social media and integrated communications, maintaining a tone that reflects the steadiness and professionalism of the practice.

In a digital landscape where online marketing and advice can become confusing and chaotic she believes communication should feel thoughtful, and trustworthy. Her approach combines strategic planning with careful attention to tone and detail, so that messaging remains purposeful, coherent, and aligned with the practice’s core values.

As ChangeUp continues to expand, she plays a key role in supporting sustainable brand growth – helping the practice scale carefully and consistently, without losing the values and standards that define us. With a proactive and considered approach, she works closely with the clinical and operational team, ensuring that communication remains clear, consistent and reflects our high standards.

Outside of work, she loves to go running, spend time at the gym, or spend time outdoors with her two dogs, Winnie and Watson.

Chloe was drawn to work with ChangeUp Psychology because of how strongly its values resonate with her own. She believes that meaningful change begins with empathy, integrity and a genuine respect for each person’s experience, in other words personalised care for each individual. The practice’s commitment to creating a supportive, reflective and compassionate environment for both clients and clinicians felt deeply aligned with what matters most to her.

For her, working at ChangeUp Psychology means being part of a bigger picture, a space where care for others is thoughtful, ethical and truly centred around the individual. Being part of a team that prioritises growth, authenticity and high standards of practice is something she feels proud of and grateful for.

Chloe holds a First-Class degree in Biology, alongside qualifications in Personal Training and Nutrition – background that reflects both analytical thinking and a longstanding interest in health and wellbeing. She continues to develop her expertise through ongoing learning and hands-on experience in digital marketing and communications.
