Charli Davies is an experienced Business Manager with over a decade of experience supporting organisations and the people within them.
She has worked across a range of sectors, from early-stage startups to complex departments within larger organisations. Across each setting, her focus has remained consistent: creating environments where people can work at their best. She believes that strong organisations are built on culture, trust, and well-supported teams.
At ChangeUp Psychology, Charli combines strategic thinking with a thoughtful, people-centred approach to operations. Known for her efficiency and calm presence, she ensures the practice runs smoothly, sustainably, and with care, supporting our team and the people who work with us.
By providing steady operational leadership, she enables our clinicians to focus fully on delivering high-quality psychological work.
Away from the practice, Charli is usually in a coffee shop, teaching Pilates or spending time with her kids. She is also constantly learning and increasing her knowledge in areas that interest her from parenting and wellbeing to business development and strategy.
Charli’s academic background spans Broadcast Journalism, Business, and Child Psychology, alongside an Augment MBA – a combination that reflects both analytical rigour and a strong understanding of people and communication.
She continues to deepen her knowledge through specialist training in areas such as matrescence and sleep, which helps her to better understand the realities many of our clients and clinicians navigate. This breadth allows her to think beyond operations alone, shaping systems and processes that are informed by real human experience.
Her commitment to service extends as much to the internal team as to those who contact the practice. She works quietly behind the scenes to ensure our clinicians are well-supported, communication is clear, and the experience of engaging with Changeup feels steady, thoughtful, and well held from start to finish.
